After a year at Farmers Markets in Minneapolis, one consistent request we had was for a truly spicy spread. We obliged, and our Habanero Pepper Feta Cheese spread quickly has become one of our fan favorites. If our Red Pepper spread is “Minnesota-nice” our Habanero spread is the polar opposite. We use habanero pepper and red pepper flakes to impart a serious lingering burn.
Our favorite way to enjoy this is on a burger or on crackers with a full bodied red (Malbec or Beaujolais) or a Double IPA. If your taste buds like to take a walk on the wild side, this spread was tailor made just for you.
