A homemade family recipe and a regular dish at family gatherings, this spread is what started it all. Our Roasted Red Pepper Feta Cheese spread is a blend of Wisconsin cows milk feta cheese, cream cheese, roasted red peppers, and spicy herbs. Keeping in mind our Midwest roots and upbringing, we affectionately refer to this spread as our “Minnesota-nice” spicy – think flavorful, not fire.
It starts off soft and creamy with a salty tang and finishes with just the right amount of balanced spice. Our favorite way to enjoy this spread is with pita chips or as a sandwich spread. It is approachable for both heat-seekers and those with more reserved palates.
