Our second creation, and just as popular at family gatherings, this spread builds on the foundation we laid with our Roasted Red Pepper Feta Cheese spread. Our Rosemary & Basil spread is also a blend of Wisconsin cows milk feta cheese, cream cheese, and roasted red peppers, but this spread is chock full of garden herbs. It starts of soft and creamy, with the same familiar tang, but finishes with a well-balanced herbaceous burst.
Our favorite way to enjoy this spread is on roasted sweet corn (in place of butter) or with pasta. A natural compliment to our original recipe, our Rosemary & Basil spread is a shout-out to those who prefer no heat, but still enjoy tons of flavor.
